Bespoke & Corporate Cycling Events

The teams at Iconic and Breathingspace have designed, developed and delivered cycling events for public participation and a broad range of corporate clients for over 10 years. No two events are the same, so we work with the client to create an event that matches their budget and objectives, from small scale ride outs to full blown corporate sportives at iconic venues. Whether it’s for business networking, client entertainment, staff wellbeing or charity fundraising a cycling event can deliver a host of benefits for your business.

Examples of who we've worked with:

Harlequins Foundation - Rival Ride

In May 2024 we were invited by the Harlequins Foundation to support their Rival Ride from Ashton Gate in Bristol to The Stoop in Twickenham ahead of the Harlequins v Bristol Bears match. More than 80 riders, including Harlequins ex-players and legends, completed the ride and helped to raise over £90,000 for the Foundation, which enables the delivery of programmes in their communities that primarily support young people to develop the Essential Skills, enabling success on and off the pitch.

Quadrant Estates - Ride for Reach Out

In September 2023 (and repeated again in 2024) we managed the inaugural Quadrant Sportive #RideforReachOut event, and welcomed 180+ of Quadrant's industry colleagues to the beautiful Meon Valley in Hampshire in the glorious autumnal sunshine for FIVE routes on and offroad.

A fantastic £13k was raised for Quadrant's charity partner ReachOut.

Coutts

In 2022 we managed the event support for the Coutts Baton Relay, as the Queen's bankers celebrated 330 years of wealth management. The baton was carried 2,801 kms over 38 relay legs of road cycling, walking, running, sailing and mountain biking, stopping at 18 Coutts offices.

BDO

On behalf of BDO UK LLP we've managed BDOVELO for the past 8 years - a networking group for professional people who ride, talk and connect. The season consists of road and offroad supported rides with lunches and guest speakers, webinars, evening events, velodrome taster sesssions and overseas tours.

Carter Jonas

We have worked with Carter Jonas since 2014 on the Yorkshire Pedalthon - the largest charity bike ride for the business community in Yorkshire. Going into its 8th year, the Pedalthon has already attracted several thousand riders from businesses across the region. To date the ride has raised more than £80,000 for charitable causes.

Harrow School - Long Ducker Bike Ride

For three years (2020-2022) we supported the Harrow School Long Ducker Bike Ride with three routes starting and finishing at Harrow School. In Year 1 The Long Ducker Bike Ride helped to raise £250,000 for the Shaftesbury Enterprise and the Young Harrow Foundation with the purpose to provide transformative opportunities that will help improve the prospects of children and young people who face significant barriers to progress, in the Borough of Harrow and further afield.
